Zamar Performing Arts Group (“ZPAG”) is a music theatre group. The mission of ZPAG is to build a dynamic and inclusive theatre and music community so that more people are transformed by the beauty and power of drama and singing.
ZPAG offers a wide range of articles, programs, and services to strengthen the arts throughout Fairfield County and Connecticut.
Zamar Performing Arts Group (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates zamarperformingarts.com (hereinafter referred to as “Service”). Our Terms and Policies governs your visit to zamarperformingarts.com, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service. We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with theTerms and Policies constitute your agreement with us (“agreement”).

Account registration and verification, and payment are required in order to create a Zamar Performing Arts Group (“Account”). During registration for the Account, all users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information about themselves or their organization in all required fields. Should any of the information change after submitting it to ZPAG, you are required to update that information as soon as possible. Should ZPAG suspect that your personal or organizational information is not complete, current, or accurate, your Account may be subject to suspension or termination. Should you feel that the privacy policy is not sufficient for you to complete the registration form truthfully, please email your policy concerns to info@zamarperformingarts.com. Users under 13 years of age are required to have a parent or guardian review and complete the registration process.
Proprietary Materials
All materials contained on the Site are Copyright © Zamar Performing Arts Group, are licensed or otherwise published by ZPAG with the permission of the owner of the material, or are licensed by the individuals posting such materials on the Site. All rights in such materials are reserved to the respective owners.
